School Description:

Established in 1956, Bandung Alliance International School is the oldest international school in Bandung, and one of the oldest international schools in Indonesia. BAIS is proud to be the only international Christian school in Bandung. BAIS has been a member of the Network of International Christian Schools (NICS) since 1995. NICS currently operates twenty international Christian schools in major cities around the world. BAIS is a private, non-profit school established primarily to serve the international community of Bandung as well as Indonesian nationals. In the year 2000, BAIS became the first accredited international Christian school in Indonesia through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). That same year, the school also earned accreditation through Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). In August of 2008, BAIS moved from its Ciumbeleuit campus to its current campus in Kota Baru Parahyangan.
